Managing Director

Justine left school early to work under as a junior in Echuca Travel Centre under Tod Collins. Over time her dedication to her clients and willingness to deliver the best experiences possible earned her a senior position. After starting a family, Justine returned and it wasn't long before she took the reigns of the business from Tod who was ready to retire. In 2008 Justine and at the age of 29, Justine was a small business owner - something she had only ever dreamt of! Setting an example for her staff, Justine works tirelessly to provide unparalleled customer service to her loyal clients and build strong relationships that stand the test of time. With a strong passion of the travel industry, Justine is a master of all things in travel but especially loves to arrange corporate tours through USA & Europe and discuss adventure travel options for her active friends. In 2016 Justine celebrated 20 years of making client dreams come true, and in 2019 she became a top 3 finalist in helloworld's Victorian Manager of the Year Award.

Managing Director

Starting as a junior over 14 years ago, Alex has gone from polishing the leaves of office plants to masterfully crafting complex itineraries to all corners of the world. Leaving school for a job at Echuca Travel Centre she worked as a personal assistant while undergoing training to become a travel consultant. Her hard work and dedication to her clients was recognised and she earnt the title of Senior Travel Advisor. Alex is one of Echuca Travel’s most decorated staff after winning back-to-back industry awards but the real reward for her is hearing the travel stories from her happy clients. In April 2018, Alex took the next step in her career and bought in as a partner bringing her wealth of knowledge to the leadership team.

SENIOR Travel Advisor

After completing year 12 Rebecca moved on to secretarial school, where during placement she experienced her first taste of working in travel. She was offered a job and worked as a receptionist and retail agent for 4 years before moving on to work as a corporate consultant at American Express Travel. With a desire to travel more and grow into new opportunities, Rebecca moved to Qantas Business Travel where she continued her corporate bookings until joining the team at Echuca Travel Centre in 2014. Rebecca enjoys planning luxurious holidays and personalising complex itineraries with intricate detail all while managing her best corporate clients.

Travel Advisor

After completing year 12, Claudia found herself in search of a rewarding career. After looking around for a while, she stumbled across a traineeship at Echuca Travel Centre. Unsure about whether a desk job was right for her she called the office to ask if she could try it for a day and wasn’t allowed to leave after that. A few years on and Claudia has built her own loyal client base and now helps plan exciting domestic, Asian, American and European itineraries. Claudia shows a particular interest in planning holidays for 18-40 year olds and helping her clients uncover new countries and regions they had only ever dreamt of.

Travel Advisor

Annie’s career has been vast and varied yet always involved in customer service and marketing. Leaving Queensland behind, she headed to Echuca over 10 years ago to help secure sponsorship and marketing for the Southern 80 ski race. After meeting her partner here, Annie has now made Echuca home. After 3 years with the race, she sort a new direction, and with her love of travel, the travel industry beckoned. Annie now has over 6 years experience in making travel dreams come true. From complex, multi-country itineraries to adventures within Australia, Annie’s wealth of experience will make your journey a memorable one.

SENIOR Travel Advisor

Molly's first taste of the travel industry came in 2008 when she did her work experience at Echuca Travel Centre while at St Joseph's College. Only 4 years later she applied for a job which we knew she was right for immediately. Molly has built many strong connections with her clients through her happy and positive nature. In October 2017 after 5 years, Molly decided to try a new career path, and took a job at the local radio station, but after 12 months the travel industry was still calling. In February 2019 Molly joined the team again, and we couldn't be happier to have her back.
